Deposit Policy: To secure your appointment, a $50 deposit is required within 24 hours of booking. This deposit is refundable up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, as outlined in our cancellation policy.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy: We uphold a 24-hour Cancellation/No-Show Policy, fostering timely appointment access for all clients and respecting our providers' schedules. Appointments canceled or no-shows within 24 hours will forfeit the deposit. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations will necessitate pre-payment for future services, with non-refundable terms if the policy is breached.

Refund Policy: There are no refunds for services rendered, as aesthetic outcomes can vary. Clients are responsible for any additional treatments needed to achieve desired results. Product returns are not accepted unless there is a defect, which must be exchanged within 14 days. Gift certificate purchases are non-refundable.

Pet Policy: While we love pets, we kindly ask you to leave them at home during your visit, unless they are service animals. This helps maintain a comfortable and professional healthcare environment for all our clients.
